One team, close to every project
Most of our projects run for years, so the people who begin them are usually the ones who finish them - from the first site visit to the first guest.
How the team is set up
Development, investment, delivery, and design sit in one studio in Vilnius, with people on site in Catania and Lapland for as long as a project needs them. Decisions are made close to the work rather than passed along a chain.
Around that core we work with a steady group of architects, craftsmen, and operators who know their place well - the same partners across several projects, which is why details survive from drawing to opening day.
