National press covers the ambition behind Noa Villas and what a stay on the riverfront estate will involve.

National press picked up the Noa Villas story this autumn, with attention on a Lithuanian team building a hospitality estate at the top of Finland.
The coverage focused on the scale of the plan - 32 villas on a 14-hectare riverfront site - and on what a stay will actually involve: private villas rather than hotel corridors, a sauna at the water, and a level of finish closer to a design hotel than a cabin rental.
We were asked, repeatedly, about price. The honest answer is that rates follow the product: this is a small number of villas on a protected stretch of river, run with a small team, and it is priced as such rather than as volume accommodation.
The wider point is that the project is being delivered from Vilnius, with Finnish architects and local builders on the ground - a working method we now use across the portfolio.
