Lunvio joins the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association
A step that strengthens our commitment to responsible development standards across the region.
Lunvio has joined the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association, the body that brings together developers working to a shared standard of practice in the country.
For us the membership is practical rather than ceremonial. It puts us in the same room as the people setting expectations around quality, transparency and how development is discussed publicly - and it commits us to those expectations in our own projects, at home and abroad.
Our portfolio now runs across four countries, but Lithuania remains where the studio sits and where a large share of the residential and rental work is delivered. Being part of the association keeps that base connected to the wider market as it matures.
